Ingredients

  • The crumble:
  • 35 g butter cut into pieces
  • 20 g hazelnut powder
  • 30 g flour
  • 15 g brown sugar
  • 20 g caster sugar
  • The fruit:
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon of caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 210°C.

In a bowl, combine all the crumble ingredients and rub until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

In a bowl, mix the fruit with sugar and lemon juice. Divide the fruit between the two mini casserole tins and sprinkle the crumble on top.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Enjoy warm or cold.
