Featuring the Ultraglide Diffusion soleplate which provides long-lasting glideability. Thanks to its optimal steam flow, this soleplate makes ironing a breeze as it glides smoothly over fabric.

The Ultraglide is easy to maintain thanks to it’s double anti-scale and self cleaning functions.
For added safety and peace of mind, the Ultraglide will turn off automatically if left unattended.
The vertical steam function is ideal for getting creases out of suits or other hanging garments and can also be used to de-crease curtains.
Spend less time refilling thanks to the generous 270ml water tank. The extra large water tank opening makes refilling fast and easy too.
Tefal’s Easycord system prevents the electrical cord from becoming tangled up in the items you’re ironing.

Why does water leak from the soleplate when the iron is stored or when it is cooling off?

Your iron has been stored horizontally, without emptying the water tank and with the selector placed on steam position. When you store your iron horizontally, check that the tank is empty and the steam selector is set to "DRY" position.
