The Tefal Ultragliss steam iron is both easy to use and extremely efficient. For a start, it’s equipped with our new Durilium Airglide soleplate, providing 33% more glide^* for fast and effortless ironing. More active steam holes at the tip, sides and centre allow maximum steam distribution for high-efficiency results. This soleplate is also renowned for its scratch resistance, so you know its outstanding glide will last, plus it’s got a pointed tip for easy, precision ironing. The more powerful the iron, the deeper the steam will penetrate fabric, for faster ironing and excellent results. At 2500W, the powerful Ultragliss delivers a continuous steam output of up to 40g/min to soften fibres and ease crease removal, plus a steam boost of 180g/min to get rid of stubborn creases in a flash. You can also use the steam boost for vertical steaming. This Tefal steam iron has an anti-drip function to help prevent staining while ironing – even at low temperatures – plus an energy-saving Eco Mode to cut energy use by up to 20%^**. The 2m power cord gives you room to manoeuvre and a generous 270ml water tank means fewer refills. The Ultragliss steam iron even turns itself off automatically if left unattended.
